Sheila Millard, MBE
regret to announce the death of our Vice President and Archivist, Sheila
Millard, MBE at St Michael's Hospice, Basingstoke on Saturday, 15th
November 2014. We will post details of her funeral arrangements once known.
Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Sheila Millard will be
held at All Saints Parish Church, Odiham
on Thursday 11th December 2014, beginning at 2.30pm. All are welcome to
attend and remember Sheila and her decades of work for the
Odiham Society and her services
Everyone is also invited to the Cross Barn afterwards for refreshment,
recollection and reflection - hosted by the Odiham Society.
Sir Nevil Macready, CBE, BART
is with very deep regret that we have to tell you that our President,
Sir Nevil Macready, CBE, BART., died on September 27th 2014. He has
been our President since 1998 and will be sadly missed at our meetings
and events, which he so regularly attended.
